• Hybrid: Set up a Teams/Zoom room, remote colleagues donate + share photos.

• Add-ons: “Manager vs Manager” bake-off vote = £1 per vote.

2. Hour-of-Pay Pledge

• Pitch: Payday appeal: “Donate 1 hour of your pay this month.”
