We’re excited to officially announce the dates, locations, and details for our 2026 Accessible Cycling Sessions.
Thanks to funding from Sport England and The National Lottery, we’re expanding our programme this spring and summer to reach more people living with MS across the UK.
These sessions give people the opportunity to try adapted bikes in a safe and welcoming environment, enjoy time outdoors, connect with others who understand life with MS, and rebuild confidence and independence through cycling.

From side-by-side tandems and recumbent trikes to e-bikes and wheelchair-accessible cycles, there’s a wide range of options available so everyone can find something that suits them. There will also be an indoor space available for everyone to socialise, enjoy refreshments provided by us, and take a break whenever needed during their session.

Why These Sessions Matter
Last year’s sessions showed us just how powerful these days can be. Participants told us that being able to try different bikes, ride without pressure, and spend time chatting afterwards made a real difference. For some, it was the first time they’d been back on a bike in years.
That sense of confidence, independence, and community is exactly what we hope to build on in 2026.

Join Us
Whether you’re living with MS, supporting someone with MS, is part of a local MS group, or interested in volunteering at one of the sessions, we’d be delighted to have you join us. If you need any help with getting to any of these locations, just let us know and we can help arrange transport.
We’re really looking forward to bringing these sessions to life this spring.
We hope to see you out on the bikes 🚴♀️
